IN COLLABORATION WITH: ROBERT MURRAY DESIGN

Saltchuk, a family of shipping, transportation and distribution companies including tug operator Foss Maritime and ocean carrier TOTE, moved its headquarters to Pioneer Square in Downtown Seattle. The three floor interior space of their new HQ office building on Seattle's waterfront was designed by Mithun with GLY Construction as the general contractor.

Graphics include a historic painting transformed into a branded reception area; seating area alcoves with magnetic wall covering maps where employees can place markers of the locations where Saltchuk is doing business. Old Safety Awards were redesigned out of wood in a style reminiscent of wooden boats. Other graphics included a full signage package, wayfinding, conference room naming and artwork placement. Work completed with Robert Murray Design.
