Athletic Hall of Fame

Higher Education | University of Puget Sound | Tacoma, WA

The bright two-story entrance hall to the new aquatics center at University of Puget Sound leads to the Loggers Hall of Fame. A large wall of MDF panels wraps and highlights the entrance with a slash through representing the hatchet, an important symbol in the University’s history. Founded in 1966 to honor extraordinary individuals in the rich history of Logger Athletics, the Hall of Fame has inducted a total of 106 student-athletes, coaches, administrators and contributors. Individual inductee plaques were redesigned as etched wood in a tribute to the Logger spirit. Work completed with Robert Murray Design.
